When I stumbled into being my own boss I did not have time to think about my branding or the mission behind my name. I just knew I needed a logo and pictures to show clients who they were hiring. For the past three years I have been so focused on just putting out beautiful work and I felt satisfied in branding myself under my name.
Last year I took time to reflect on where I was and where I wanted to move into in the future. I made the hard choice to rebrand my company. It was time. But, I am still the heart of who we are. I still grind. I still work seven days a week most weeks. When I stumbled into entrepreneurship I knew in my heart I wanted this business to be bigger than myself.
I wanted new artists to thrive, I wanted new moms to be able to make a full time income without losing time with their babies. I wanted to create an environment where people feel happy to create and the freedom to build a life not just a career.

My first wedding under my own name.
I wanted to create jobs for people who may be reentering the workforce. I still want all of those things and so much more. It is a slow progression, but these desires are why I continue to grow and to push myself. The grind I do, the excellent service I offer, and the passion I put into this business is not just for me…it is for the artists to come. Our new name holds so much meaning to me.

The Name: Radiant Reflection Hair & Makeup Artistry, LLC
This is who we are because it is the essence of what we do for each person we have the opportunity to service. We do not believe anyone needs to be turned into a totally different person. We want the people we service to feel like the best version of who they are. Time and time again we have watched people’s personalities flourish when they feel like their best self. I truly just want each of our clients to SHINE (TO…RADIATE). My hope is that every person we serve leaves feeling like a better version of who they are, not only from an outward transformation but through recognizing the beauty already within their life.
